Brown Property Maintenance & Snow Removal, LLC is a second-generation family business, previously Russ Brown Property Maintenance started in 1989. In 2014, his father retired, and his son Christian had the opportunity to take over the family business. After growing up in the business Christian took the reins and has worked since to expand the business, adding new services and retooling the operation to better suit consumer needs.

Christian acquired a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the University of Toledo in the spring of 2019.  With continued education very important to him he decided to go right back and work on his Masters in Business Administration because good business principles and practices are key to providing quality, dependable and consistent services. We strive to provide professional work a level above others, where you know exactly the service you are going to get time and time again.

We take pride in offering year-round professional and affordable service to our clientele. Those services include lawn care, landscape design & installation, hardscaping, sprinkler service, and property cleanups.
